All gemstones are shipped fully insured and with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

escrow payments
For purchases paid through escrow, shipping will only begin after our escrow partner confirms that the funds have been securely received. The gemstone will be shipped fully insured to the address specified in the escrow agreement. Delivery confirmation and tracking details are shared within the escrow process to ensure full transparency and protection for both parties.

Netherlands & EU: typically within 3–7 business days
International: typically within 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance

responsibility
Douma Gems is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers once the package is handed to the carrier, though all shipments are insured until receipt.
