Welcome to Douma Gems. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Douma Gems, part of TD Company. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Douma Gems is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1 – access and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. Orders may require you to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2 – our products
We strive to display accurate images and descriptions of gemstones. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly due to device settings. We reserve the right to update product details or limit availability at any time.

3 – orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. Douma Gems may accept or decline at our discretion. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed. Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy [LINK] and are for personal use only, not resale.

4 – prices and billing
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and import duties may apply. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

4a – escrow payments
For purchases of two thousand euro or more, customers may request to pay through escrow. In such cases, the full payment is securely held by our trusted escrow partner until you have received and approved your gemstone. The escrow partner releases the funds only after both parties confirm that the transaction has been completed according to the agreed terms.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed directly through the escrow system in accordance with the escrow partner’s procedures. Douma Gems cannot influence or expedite the timing of releases or refunds once funds are held in escrow.

5 – shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Douma Gems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. All gemstones are shipped insured; risk transfers once handed to the carrier.

6 – intellectual property
All content, images, and trademarks on our site are owned by Douma Gems or licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior consent.

7 – optional tools
Third-party tools may be provided “as is” without warranties. Douma Gems is not liable for their use.

8 – third-party links
Our site may contain external links. Douma Gems is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9 – relationship with shopify
Douma Gems is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and Douma Gems. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
